With our world-class engineering and account management teams, deploying the right expertise + right-sized team + streamlined project management has allowed us to deliver consistently on-time, on-cost execution for every client we serve.To help drive the next phase of growth, we are looking for a Vice President of Sales and Business Development to drive growth in India and Asia-Pac. As a Vice President, you will be responsible for the strategy, growth, customer success and profitability for the region.
ResponsibilitiesTarget customers across India and Asia-Pacific and secure new businessDevelop a sustainable account strategy and account business planNegotiate contracts and pricing to meet company goals and profitabilityStakeholder management with proper mapping and networking of relevant influencer / stakeholderBuild and nurture C-Level connect with named accountsBusiness Forecasting and Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by maximizing extraction from named account, directly or within the ecosystemEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize revenueManage the sales process from lead generation to closure. Use and access of related processes and tools to manage the sales forecastCollaborating and Co-working with internal groups and Practice Heads to explore the complete potential of services offeringsMonitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Key RequirementsBachelor’s in Engineering, Technology Background is preferredExperience on Semiconductor/VLSI.10-15+ years experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in Account Management. A track record of success in major accounts management is be preferredExperience in the semiconductor services sector is a plusKey account management skills as well as strategic mindset with effective customer orientationExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with internal and external partners of all levelsHighly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Excellence in Presentation, Negotiation and Data analysis skills.Travel > 25%
