Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue and profit margins
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement promotions and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product assortment is relevant and meets customer demands
- Manage inventory levels to optimize sales while minimizing inventory holding costs
- Monitor and track competition to stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust strategies as necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure a steady flow of products and sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, marketing, business, or a related field.

- Experience managing and developing a team
