Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of expertise to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical solutions and projects. In this role you will manage crossfunctional teams coordinate between technical and business stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving the of strategic initiatives while maintaining a focus on quality performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage endtoend delivery of multiple technical projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Define project plans manage timelines and ensure clear communication of project progress and risks to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that technical requirements are fully captured aligned with business goals and converted into welldefined project deliverables.
- Act as the key liaison between development QA operations and business teams to facilitate smooth project .
- Mitigate risks proactively and implement effective solutions to resolve project issues or delays.
- Manage and mentor crossfunctional teams including software engineers testers business analysts and other technical staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders clients and senior leadership ensuring clear timely communication regarding project status milestones and risks.
- Implement and uphold Agile Scrum or other relevant project management methodologies to ensure project delivery efficiency and transparency.
- Identify assess and manage project risks and issues developing contingency plans and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Proactively manage change requests and adjust project plans to accommodate shifts in scope timelines or budgets.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in IT project management technical delivery management or a related field with a strong background in software development or systems integration.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects in an Agile environment .
- Experience in managing largescale enterpriselevel projects with multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including Agile Scrum or other methodologies.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
- Experience with risk management change management and resource management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and guide teams to deliver highquality technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal capable of translating complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and conflictresolution abilities with the capability to influence decisions at senior levels.
- Indepth knowledge of software development methodologies architecture frameworks and technology stacks (e.g. Java .NET Python etc.).
- Familiarity with modern tools and platforms such as Jira Confluence Trello Git and CI/CD pipelines .
- Solid understanding of data management database technologies (SQL/NoSQL ) and integration methods (APIs microservices).
