About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, with expertise in managing builds of enterprise solutions. This role offers future opportunities to work in the UK, managing end-to-end application delivery and fostering innovation in our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Management :

- Develop and manage project plans using Microsoft Project Plan.

- Breakdown software delivery lifecycle into manageable tasks with accurate time and cost estimations.

- Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, breaking down epics, creating user stories, and task management.

2. Resource and Capacity Management :

- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of team capacity.

- Manage resource planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Construct and manage templates for the entire IT project lifecycle, from business case to delivery.

- Communicate effectively with UK/US stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing delivery communications.

4. Development and QA Management :

- Understand and manage the development, QA, and live environments.

- Implement and oversee non-Functional tests, manual QA, and automation QA test procedures.

5. Application Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software applications, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

- Innovate and integrate AI solutions within enterprise applications.

6. Technical Expertise :

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft build solutions.

- Proficient in using Azure DevOps and related tools for project and resource management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software project management and delivery.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Project Plan and Azure DevOps.

- Proven ability to manage the entire software delivery lifecycle.

- Excellent knowledge of resource management, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

- Experience with dev, QA, and live environment management.

- Understanding of non-compliance testing, manual QA, and automation QA test procedures.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with UK/US stakeholders.

- Ability to innovate and integrate AI solutions within enterprise applications.
