Job Description

 Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

 Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other key

events.

 Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback.

 Foster relationships with influencers and key community members to amplify reach.

 Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and report on key metrics.

 Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.

 Act as the brand’s voice and maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels.

 Monitor trends and best practices in social media and apply knowledge to enhance brand presence.

 Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

 Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

 Identify target audiences and craft appropriate messaging to reach them.


Pre Requisites


 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

 Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.

 Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager)

 Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

 Agency Experience is preferred
