We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to help us build and grow Froker's presence across digital platforms. If you’re passionate about fostering online communities, driving engagement, and executing innovative social media strategies, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling posts, graphics, videos, and stories centered around Froker’s core areas of self-help, skill-building, travel, habit development, and gaming challenges.
Campaign Management: Plan and run social media campaigns that promote Froker’s key features, user-generated challenges, and special events.
Community Engagement: Foster and manage an active community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and monitoring user feedback to improve engagement and overall user satisfaction.
Trend Identification: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring Froker stays relevant and competitive.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement. Use data to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with Froker’s broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or a similar role within a tech or startup environment.
Passion for Social Connection: A deep understanding of Froker’s core themes (self-help, habit building, skill development, travel, and gaming) and how to connect with users in these areas.
Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in writing, copyediting, and visual content creation (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Platform Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts across major platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.) and an ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative social campaigns.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and experience scaling social media efforts for user acquisition.
Passion for social media trends, influencer marketing, and online communities.
