Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our team at either the Chennai or Bangalore offices. The Corporate Sales Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential Businesses and corporates, promoting our onsite daycare services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and make a meaningful impact at KIDO Group. The role will report to the CEO.
So, what will a Sales Executive do at Kïdo Education?
- Make outbound calls to a list of potential leads provided by the organization
- Introduce and explain our programs to prospects
- Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect
- Address questions and objections effectively to move prospects closer to a sale
- Build a corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation
- Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume
- Prepare periodic sales report
- Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue
- Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the CEO to identify areas for improvement
Skills Required:
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with prospects over the phone
● Results-driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
● Experience in customer relationship management
Education and Experience Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
● Two to three years of experience as a B2B sales representative/executive
● Proven track record of positive sales performance
