Job Title: Network Business Manager / Regional Manager / AGM Location: Delhi NCR Experience: Minimum 5 Years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Business Manager / Sales Specialist to drive business growth in the enterprise networking domain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in promoting and selling Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper networking solutions across B2 B clients in Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by providing high-value networking solutions and services. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper networking products and solutions. • Engage with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners to promote networking and connectivity offerings. • Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure. • Build strong relationships with OEMs (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper) to leverage market programs and joint sales activities. • Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to design and deliver customized networking solutions. • Manage pipeline forecasting, revenue reporting, and account planning in alignment with business objectives. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in the networking domain. • Ensure post-sales satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in networking solution sales / business development. • Strong understanding of Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper product lines (switching, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, network security). • Proven experience in B2 B enterprise sales within IT infrastructure or networking domain. • Strong network of enterprise clients, channel partners, and OEM contacts in the Delhi NCR region. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (MBA preferred). Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory): • Cisco Sales Expert / CCNA / CCNP • Aruba Certified Sales Professional (ACSP) • Juniper Sales / Technical Certification
