Ensure technicians' licenses and certificates are up-to-date.

Comply with service standards and customer requirements.

Knowledge of the commercial HVAC market.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans.

Ability to manage and develop staff.

Skills in workload evaluation and service work scheduling.

Customer service skills to resolve issues effectively.

Budgeting abilities.

Experience ordering materials and scheduling repairs.

Ability to generate reports and measure departmental operations.

Ensure technicians have proper tools and maintain them.

Assist dispatch operations in selecting appropriate technicians.

Daily communication with dispatch regarding project information.

Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy.

Timely ordering of required parts.

Ensure adherence to company/department policies.

Oversee assigned HVAC service vehicles and monitor maintenance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
