**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **HVAC and MEP system drawings** including ducting, piping, equipment layouts, and coordination drawings.
- Develop **shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams** as per project and consultant requirements.
- Work closely with design, project, and site execution teams to ensure drawings reflect site conditions.
- Perform **clash detection and service coordination** between HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and civil structures.
- Ensure drawings comply with **industry standards, codes, and consultant specifications.**:

- Update drawings based on site modifications or client/consultant comments.
- Maintain a well-organized **drawing database and document control** for easy reference.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for incorporating equipment details and installation layouts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma / ITI** in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting (or equivalent).
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Draughtsman in the **MEP/HVAC contracting industry.**:

- Strong command of **AutoCAD (2D mandatory, 3D preferred).**:

- Knowledge of **Revit MEP / Navisworks** will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of HVAC systems — chilled water, VRF, ventilation, and ducting design principles.
- Familiarity with other MEP services for coordination purposes.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
