Ltd. is hiring a Senior HVAC Draughtsman to support our design and execution teams in preparing precise, coordinated HVAC drawings and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed layouts and shop drawings for Central Chiller Plants, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and constructability.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings for ducting, piping, equipment placement, and supports using AutoCAD. Develop shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in line with project requirements. Convert consultant design inputs into accurate and practical working drawings for site execution. Create detailed drawings for Chiller Plant Rooms, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, piping, valves, and control systems. Prepare coordinated layouts for VRV/VRF systems, including refrigerant piping, drain lines, and indoor/outdoor unit layouts. Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts to resolve service clashes. Issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and revise them as per site feedback or design updates. Interpret specifications, equipment data sheets, and design requirements to ensure technical compliance. Maintain drawing documentation, revision history, and version control throughout the project lifecycle. Support site teams with technical drawing clarifications and updates during execution.Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Draftsmanship. 4 to 7 years of experience in HVAC drafting, preferably within EPC or contracting environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP or BIM tools is an advantage). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Central Chiller Plants, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, TFAs, and duct/piping layouts. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Familiarity with standard HVAC design practices and ASHRAE/ISHRAE guidelines.
