Job Title:

Sales Manager – Companion Onboarding Team

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Openings: 2 (1 per city)
Salary: ₹40,000 per month (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 10 Sales Executives in the assigned city.
  • Set monthly targets, track performance, and provide guidance.
  • Ensure 150+ companion onboardings per city every month.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with Head Office on reporting and strategy execution.
  • Handle escalations and ensure team compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and team management
  • Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and target achievement abilities

Strict Salary Policy

  • Salary is linked to team performance.
  • If the team achieves less than 70% of city target (105 onboardings/month) for 2 consecutive months, it may lead to termination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
