·        Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitor's changes
·        Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections

·        Drive sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
·        Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up selling to the existing customer base

Job Requirements:
·        Should be able to achieve targets
·        Should be presentable.
·        Good communication skills in English & Hindi
·        Willing to travel 20 days a month to the territory allocated (any state in India) or to any
another area as and when required.
·        Territory knowledge.
·        Should have at-least appointed distributors or dealers in the previous company.
·        Possess team leader skills, Soft Skills and basic computer knowledge.
