We’re looking for a Female candidate for Social Media Expert role who can build, scale, and lead our brand presence across platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social strategies, managing collaborations, crafting compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving real business outcomes through digital storytelling. This is a high-visibility role where your ideas and execution will directly impact brand growth, engagement, and perception.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and business objectives Identify target audiences, content pillars, trends, and platform opportunities2. Content Creation & Management Plan and oversee a robust content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to deliver thumb-stopping, high-quality content Manage social copy, captions, hashtags, and tone to maintain brand consistency3. Community & Collaboration Build and nurture a vibrant digital community by actively engaging with followers, customers, and potential collaborators Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and brands to drive engagement and reach4. Performance & Data Analysis Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and conversion Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization Use data to experiment, iterate, and fine-tune strategy across platforms5. Growth & Innovation Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation Identify and execute breakthrough ideas to scale social media presence and community organicallyWhat You Bring1. 1–4 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy, content, and performance marketing2. Proven track record of growing social media pages and driving business impact3. Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances and content formats4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills5. Ability to think creatively and solve problems in real-time6. Highly agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment7. Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus8. Bonus: Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, luxury, or high-growth startup ecosystemsWhat We Offer1.
