**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and revenue growth
- Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring they are updated regularly and in line with the company’s brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless social media process
- Continuously monitor and stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to improve performance and make adjustments as needed
- Manage social media advertising budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute social media campaigns
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of social media performance to senior management

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a social media role, ideally within the Information Technology Services industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work
