**We are on the Lookout for New Skilled Digital Marketers to join our Core team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients.
- **Drive SALES of Company to bring in NEW CLIENTS through effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.**:

- Create Engaging Content for Monthly Content Calendar on various platforms of Company [ Ad copies, Reels, Image Posts]
- Design, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising networks, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, manage bidding strategies, and continuously optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and execute social media advertising strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, leveraging advanced targeting and retargeting techniques.
- Produce engaging ad creatives, including text, images, and videos, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Leverage Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) to reach and engage with target audiences, driving website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advertising platform updates, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, optimizing spend allocation and maximizing return on advertising investments.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving Sales.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in managing successful PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising campaigns, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Facebook Ads (Meta Ads), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience with ad creative development, copywriting, and design principles for effective ad messaging.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and advertising regulations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop.

- **This is a Performance-based position.**:

- **Your Employment will be made Full-time only based on the Performance of your digital marketing efforts in onboarding New Clients and your overall contribution to client projects.**
