Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key national clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through cross- selling and up- selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to align on account strategies and deliver exceptional service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in national account management, key account management, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in (industry- specific experience, e.g., FMCG, retail, technology, healthcare, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
