Bose Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Senior IT Recruiters with proven expertise in Boolean search techniques and a track record of achieving daily and monthly hiring targets. The ideal candidate should have strong IT recruitment experience, be target-driven, and possess excellent sourcing skills for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to closure)
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify the best talent
  • Achieve daily submission targets and monthly closures
  • Source and screen candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure hiring within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and deliver on requirements
  • Note: Failure to meet monthly closures may require working 2 Saturdays per month

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ year of end-to-end IT recruitment experience
  • Strong Boolean search skills (mandatory)
  • Understanding of IT technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Target-driven with proven closure history
