The Role

At AMS, talent is our world—and now, we're expanding that world with a fresh perspective. We are hiring for Senior Recruiters who have an extensive experience in technical and IT recruitment.

The Senior Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies. This role will be aligned to high touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. The Senior Recruiter will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders
  • Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services
  • Lead discussion on attraction strategies with hiring managers
  • Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately.
  • Proactively manage the future demand
  • Share and implement knowledge gained from other teams to enhance own recruitment delivery
  • Ensure that all changes to a candidate's status and requisition updates are tracked in real time in all relevant systems
  • Ensure compliance with legislation affecting area of work
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery with strong expertise in technical and IT hiring, in particular recruiting for positions such as engineers, cybersecurity specialists, AI professionals, software developers, and architects (not limited to these)
  • In-depth understanding of talent attraction and candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searches).
  • Hands-on experience using recruitment technologies and tools to manage the hiring process effectively.
  • Sound working knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements relevant to recruitment activities.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring senior and executive-level positions, including niche leadership roles.
  • Prior experience operating in an international environment — hiring for India while partnering with hiring managers based in the US and other global locations.
