The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This role is in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills Strong Hiring skills Excellent Communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - CEIPAL Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
