Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 3-6 graphic designers and marketing collateral developers.
  • Oversee the creation of presentations, documents, newsletters, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing collaterals.
  • Allocate work effectively and manage team deliverables.
  • Maintain an organized filing and naming system for large volumes of content.
  • Collaborate with business marketing teams to understand and fulfill collateral requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance in using MS Office, Canva, and various video editing tools.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing small teams of graphic designers and marketing collateral developers.
