Job Overview:

RDT Technology Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our company online, across various social media channels, and through innovative lead-generation tactics. This role involves managing content creation, social media promotion, newsletters, email marketing, and finding new avenues to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management :
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to continuously improve performance.
  • Content Creation & Strategy :
  • Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with the company’s goals and brand voice.
  • Design visuals, infographics, and multimedia for online platforms.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Generation :
  • Develop and manage bulk email campaigns to engage existing leads and generate new ones.
  • Manage company newsletters, ensuring regular distribution of updates and promotions.
  • Use databases to track and analyze email marketing performance and effectiveness.
  • Brand Growth & Strategy :
  • Identify innovative ways to improve the company’s online profile and digital presence.
  • Drive strategies to grow the company’s social media following and generate leads in both the short and long term.
  • Explore and implement digital marketing initiatives to enhance company outreach.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting :
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, content engagement, and lead generation efforts.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign reports to measure results.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools like Canva. 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and lead-generation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for building brand presence online.
