Duration 36 months PPOBased on performance Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes including job postings scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks. Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records filing documents and updating HR databases. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects (e.g. employee engagement initiatives training programs performance evaluation processes). Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support employee relations activities including organizing social events and handling employee inquiries. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s or Master s degree program in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
