This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and converting net-new clients into long-term partnerships.As part of our core leadership-facing team, you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to shape go-to-market strategies, build a strong client base, and expand our global footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end new business acquisition with a focus on new logo wins in India, US, and UAE.Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers , build relationships, and drive consultative sales discussions.Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, and technical experts) to design and deliver client-focused solutions.Represent the company at domestic and international conferences, industry forums, and networking events .Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline , ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets .Provide regular market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in business development, sales hunting, or enterprise
