**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist**
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media accounts and drive engagement with our audience. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
Minimum 1 Year experience .
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.).
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to improve performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platforms and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer service, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
