What is it like being a Health Consultants - SALES?
You will be speaking to the users who sign up in HealthTick, understand their health challenges, and then help them make informed decision with confidence.
If you have prior experience as a Health Consultant, that's well and good. But even if you don't, that's alright If you can speak well and are ready to learn something new, you're in
Responsibilities
As a vital member of HealthTick's Consulting team, you will become the friendly face of our platform, directly engaging with users to understand their challenges when it comes to their health, and provide tailored recommendations.
Take a consultative approach towards selling - Understand the pain points first and then suggest what's best for them.
Meet and exceed sales targets (B2C sales)
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with user
Contacting potential and existing users on the phone or message.
What we are looking for?
We strongly prefer people who have passion, empathy and real desire to make difference in someone's health.
Excellent communication skills: Not only should you be very fluent in both Hindi and English, but you must have excellent rapport building skills and the ability to get friendly with the user in no time.
Influential skills: Your power of persuasion can help people shape decisions for better.
Ability to listen carefully and understand the needs of users
Basic computer knowledge to leverage tools effectively
Ability to work in team: We need people who are open to learn and share their learnings with their team members
Sales skills - ability to clear objection and close fast, and the ability to handle rejections should be there.
Follow up regularly with the interested user.s
Work location
Remote. You can work at the comfort of your home
Salary structure
We're offering a competitive package of Rs 3.6 LPA (fixed) and very good incentives based on performance. You can easily take away Rs 60-70k post training.
Work days and timings
6 days a week. Timings are 10 AM to 8 PM (though you get a lot of time in between for yourself) or 12 PM to 9 PM
