Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Experience Executive responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and support. This on-site role, based in Chennai, involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service. The Customer Experience Executive will also be tasked with analyzing customer feedback and working closely with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
