Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketer

who specializes in
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

to generate high-quality leads across all our branches. You'll be the driving force behind our digital lead generation strategy and play a crucial role in our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Excellence

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
• Generate consistent, high-quality leads for all branch locations
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets

Campaign Management

• Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple locations

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lowest cost per lead
• Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates

Multi-Location Strategy

• Develop location-specific marketing strategies for different branches
• Understand local market dynamics and customize campaigns accordingly
• Coordinate with branch managers for lead handoff and tracking

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads management
• Strong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutes
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO techniques

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in EdTech or Financial Services industry
• Experience managing campaigns for multiple locations/branches
• Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Understanding of sales funnel optimization
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
