Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Meta & Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and analyzing ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative improvements.
  • Track campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies and visuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithms, and tools.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client goals and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to create detailed campaign performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
