Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize **performance marketing campaigns** across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign data to track KPIs, ROI, and ensure maximum lead generation and conversions.
- Manage **SEO strategy end-to-end**: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct competitor research, keyword analysis, and develop content strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Take part in **client meetings and presentations**, explaining performance results, strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Build case studies and maintain previous data as proof of **performance marketing excellence**.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in **performance marketing** and **SEO strategy**.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager**, and other ad platforms.
- Expertise in SEO tools**:Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics**.
- Familiarity with **AI-powered SEO tools** like SurferSEO, Jasper, Frase, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in **client-facing roles**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with **latest trends in SEO, AI, and digital performance marketing**.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an **agency environment** handling multiple clients.
- Certification in **Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint / HubSpot SEO**.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing past performance marketing success.
