**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Digital Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Plan and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends and conversations.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, monitor website performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to enhance organic search visibility.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media ads (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), and display advertising networks. Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets and targeting parameters as needed, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
