Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Niwari. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Labor Law Compliance
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Develop and Implement HR Strategies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits Management
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
