Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Niwari for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, coordinating with different departments, and upholding the quality and reputation of the establishment.

• Proven leadership skills in managing hospitality operations and staff
• Budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in guest relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is a plus
