Company Profile:

An Indian Software & Electronic company in developing number of equipment, systems, sub-systems and software for Military, Industrial and Commercial applications. Software development (GUI and Firmware), Control Systems, Embedded Systems, Sensors, Rectifiers and Power Electronics development is seeking for a candidate with a strong background in circuit design, proficiency in understanding datasheets, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including software engineers and PCB designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement
QA strategy, processes, and systems
for power electronics products (e.g., inverters, converters, drives, EV chargers, UPS, SMPS).

Lead
product quality planning
from design stage to production and field deployment.

Establish
quality metrics, audit systems, and continuous improvement programs
.

Ensure compliance with
relevant standards
(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IEC, UL, BIS, CE, RoHS, etc.).

Work closely with
R&D, production, and supply chain
to identify and resolve quality issues.

Drive
root cause analysis (RCA)
and corrective action plans (CAPA) for failures.

Manage supplier quality assurance, vendor audits, and incoming inspection protocols.

Lead internal audits and prepare for external
certification / customer audits
.

Mentor and develop QA team members to strengthen organizational capability.

Provide quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
