We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Career Development Officer to join our team. The Career Development Officer will play a key role in guiding students and professionals through career planning, academic counseling, and training opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide career counseling and guidance to students and professionals.
  • Assist in designing and delivering career development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and industry professionals.
  • Support students in identifying career goals, job opportunities, and higher education prospects.
  • Coordinate with faculty and management to organize career-related events, seminars, and placement drives.
  • Maintain records of student progress and provide regular reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, higher education opportunities, and job market requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for student development and career counseling.
  • Ability to organize events, workshops, and placement activities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online tools).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in career counseling, student support services, or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of current job market trends and higher education opportunities.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
