Sales Engineers
with a strong foundation in
mechanical engineering
and a passion for
industrial capital goods sales
. The role involves field-based responsibilities, client engagement, and driving revenue growth through the sale of
metal cutting tools and mechanical industrial equipment
.

Requirements
*Key Responsibilities *

  • Promote and sell mechanical industrial capital goods and metal cutting tools.
  • Generate leads, identify prospects, and close sales opportunities.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects.
  • Provide regular sales reports, updates, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.

*Candidate Profile *

  • Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales of capital goods or metal cutting tools.
  • Locations: One position in Faridabad, one position in Pune.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
  • Must own and use a 2-wheeler for field travel.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in selling CNC Machine Tools.
  • Knowledge of CNC lathes and their applications.

*Training & Onboarding *

  • Orientation and product training at the factory in Bengaluru days).
  • PG accommodation provided during training.
