We are looking for two energetic
Sales Engineers
with a strong foundation in
mechanical engineering
and a passion for
industrial capital goods sales
. The role involves field-based responsibilities, client engagement, and driving revenue growth through the sale of
metal cutting tools and mechanical industrial equipment
.
Requirements
*Key Responsibilities *
- Promote and sell mechanical industrial capital goods and metal cutting tools.
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and close sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
*Candidate Profile *
- Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales of capital goods or metal cutting tools.
- Locations: One position in Faridabad, one position in Pune.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
- Must own and use a 2-wheeler for field travel.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in selling CNC Machine Tools.
- Knowledge of CNC lathes and their applications.
*Training & Onboarding *
- Orientation and product training at the factory in Bengaluru days).
- PG accommodation provided during training.
