We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer/Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Electronics/Instrumentation/Analyzer Systems
and proven ability to drive sales, manage client relationships and support project execution. (Immediately Required )

Job Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Education: Engineering Graduate (preferably in E&I or Instrumentation)
Industry Background: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for analyzer systems and related solutions
Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate analyzer solutions
Provide pre-sales technical support including presentations, proposals and product demonstrations
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company revenue growth
Track industry trends, competitive activities and customer feedback to inform strategy
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and customer interactions

Preferred Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of process analyzers and industrial automation systems
Technical Proven track record in sales or business development in relevant industries
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
Familiarity with project bidding, commercial proposals and contract negotiations
Self-motivated and results-driven with a client-focused mindset
