Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with qualified candidates for positions with our US-based clients. You will play a critical role in fulfilling client requirements and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary/rates and prepare offers.
  • Maintain candidate records and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and hiring practices in the US market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US recruiting (IT or Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.), and recruitment practices.
  • Prior experience with TCS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST as required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
  • Familiarity with VMS portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
