About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, specifically for the Canada. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across multiple technologies and domains, while working in a fast-paced environment aligned with Canadian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Canada-based IT requirements (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates to assess technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly reports.
  • Stay updated with latest IT trends, technologies, and Canada recruitment market practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment (Canada/US/International recruitment experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills & technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Experience with job boards (Indeed Canada, Workopolis, Monster, Dice, etc.) and social recruiting platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canada hiring practices, visa types, and compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
