Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Smoothmix located in Vadodara, India. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication with customers, and overall office administration tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience with inventory management is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- English, Hindi Fluency
Responsibilities
- Office Administration : Organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Procurement : raising order requests from vendors, sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, and stationery based on inventory levels, updating order details in the tracker, coordinating with vendors for incoming inventory.
- Stock Maintenance: monitoring supplies, maintaining optimal quantities, and adhering to established guidelines to ensure efficient operations.
- Bulk Order Processing : raising invoices, coordinating packing with the dispatch team, conducting QC of outbound packages, coordinating with courier partners for timely delivery and updates.
- Account Reporting : monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, generating invoices for procurement and B2B orders, and compiling monthly reports.
