Administration and Office Executive for Vadodara

**Job description**:
**The principle responsibilities should essentially include**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating future needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any office-related basic IT issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain all office documents and Inventories
- Prepare and manage office expenses, budgets and financial records
- Oversee the reception area and attend to customer inquiries and requests
- Booking Tickets & managing travel plans, accommodations, and coordinating for events or meetings, as required.
- Ensure compliance with all local relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure that the office is tidy and well-maintained at all times
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Provides regular support and coordination with Pune office for multiple activities;
Ø Recruitment coordination
Ø Onboarding, Bank account Opening and Off Boarding
Ø New Employee Engagement & Orientation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in office management and administrative support
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
