Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (D2C) to lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be analytical, data-driven, and experienced in scaling premium D2C brands while maximizing ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google & Meta Ads.
  • Develop and manage a full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including targeting, A/B testing, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad experiences that reflect a premium brand identity.
  • Continuously analyse and monitor campaign performance, improving CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboard tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, ad innovations, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets with a focus on ROI and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 34 years of proven experience running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for D2C or premium/luxury brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale brands from 1Cr+ to 20Cr+ in revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience segmentation/retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Available for a full-time, in-office role (Delhi-NCR candidates preferred or willing to relocate).
