We’re looking for a motivated intern to help us build. You’ll focus on Academic Partnerships and play a key role in expanding our researcher network. Responsibilities: Identify relevant university departments and research groups Reach out to PhD students, professors, and research labs Pitch the academic talent pool and AI5Labs training initiatives Book meetings and support founder-led academic conversations Onboard researchers and students into the verified talent pool Run simple university-specific onboarding processes Maintain an updated academic partnerships database Organize virtual research discussions, AMAs, and small events Build and nurture long-term relationships with academic institutions Ideal Educational Background Candidates from the following disciplines tend to excel in this role: Engineering / Computer Science (B.Tech, M.Tech) — strong fit due to research exposure, analytical thinking, and ability to engage with technical academic groups Management / Business (BBA, MBA) Psychology, Sociology, or Public Policy Liberal Arts or Humanities with strong communication skills What We're Looking For Excellent written & verbal communication Research-oriented mindset Comfort with outreach and structured follow-ups Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Curiosity about academia, AI, and emerging research
