We’re looking for a motivated intern to help us build. You’ll focus on Academic Partnerships and play a key role in expanding our researcher network.Responsibilities:Identify relevant university departments and research groupsReach out to PhD students, professors, and research labsPitch the academic talent pool and AI5Labs training initiativesBook meetings and support founder-led academic conversationsOnboard researchers and students into the verified talent poolRun simple university-specific onboarding processesMaintain an updated academic partnerships databaseOrganize virtual research discussions, AMAs, and small eventsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with academic institutionsIdeal Educational BackgroundCandidates from the following disciplines tend to excel in this role:Engineering / Computer Science (B.Tech, M.Tech) — strong fit due to research exposure, analytical thinking, and ability to engage with technical academic groupsManagement / Business (BBA, MBA)Psychology, Sociology, or Public PolicyLiberal Arts or Humanities with strong communication skillsWhat We're Looking ForExcellent written & verbal communicationResearch-oriented mindsetComfort with outreach and structured follow-upsStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsCuriosity about academia, AI, and emerging research
