Key ResponsibilitiesTrack projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope and timeline.Provide comprehensive solution that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.Coordinate across multiple in-flight programs, and in collaboration with cross-functional Partners.Define and analyze problem statements and translate into tangible solutions.Own end-to-end implementation projects including assessment, planning, project management, execution and evaluation for third party vendors.Analysis and prioritization of alternative solutions to drive results.Monitor and communicate performance of implemented changes to support adoption.Role Proficiencies:6 - 12 years in tech experience in executing complex projects andapplications inRetail lendingspecifically in Finnone CASStrong in communication, orientation and stakeholder management. Should able to represent IT with senior business leaders.Good analytical and problem solving skillsShould possess the ability to do the activities listed belowNew technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processesParticipate during requirement gatheringWrite technical requirements from a critical phaseInteract with vendors to understand and execute the projectAssist programmers during system development, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts or even database designResponsible for system testing (SIT, Performance, security testing)Responsible for designing components and providing that information to the developer.Monitoring system compliance in accordance with IT policy standards.Evaluate alternative solutions to business problems and select preferred solution. Justify selection.Working experience/ Awareness in some of the following technology skills:Finnone CAS working experience ismandatoryHands on in Oracle PLSQL / Web services integrationOperating Systems: RHEL, AIX, Solaris, Windows ServersPlease Note: Finnone CAS experience is a mustBanking domainOffered CTC- UPTO 13LPALocation-Belapur(Navi Mumbai)
