About me: I'm Emil Eji, a Marketing Consultant and Fractional CMO with a focus on eCommerce and SaaS companies, operating out of India and the UAE. Over the past 7 years, I've had the privilege of working with more than 60 brands, honing my skills in Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and WhatsApp Marketing.


Currently, I'm building a dedicated team in stealth mode here in Bangalore. My goal is to collaborate with top-tier clients, but I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with. This approach allows me to provide focused attention and drive better results. By dedicating my expertise and resources to a select few, I can craft tailored marketing strategies that deliver exceptional performance and foster significant business growth.


Role Overview: As a Performance Marketer specialising in Google Ads, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large-scale ad budgets efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop and manage robust ad campaigns on Google Ads, ensuring alignment with client goals and audience targeting.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage a substantial monthly ad spend (minimum of $40K), ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive ad copy to engage target audiences.
  • Strategic Planning: Devise and implement comprehensive ad strategies that effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing to refine ad copy, keywords, and landing page (CRO) to improve campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand the core audience and create high-converting funnels.
  • Attribution and ROI Analysis: Implement and manage attribution models to accurately measure the impact of ad campaigns on overall client objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, with a minimum monthly ad spend of $40K
  • Copywriting: Ability to write compelling ad copy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure success and make informed decisions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategic ad campaigns that align with client objectives and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Should be familiar with English and Hindi so that you can effectively collaborate with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of ad buying, budgeting, A/B testing, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Adaptability: Capable of responding to changing market conditions and client needs with agile campaign adjustments.
