This role offers hands-on exposure acrossbusiness operations, HR, finance coordination, presentations, and research— with the opportunity to learn directly from the founding team.An ideal role for someone who wants to grow fast and work across multiple functions in a high-energy startup environment.What you will do:Assist founders withpresentations, pitch decks, research, and strategy documents Coordinate meetings, schedules, notes, and follow-ups Support hiring, onboarding, HRMS updates, and internal communication Track expenses, invoices, budgets, and maintain basic MIS reports Help with procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation Support day-to-day operations across teamsWhat we are looking for:Excellent communication & writing skills Good PPT/Google Slides & Excel/Sheets skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup Degree:BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / MBA (Fresher) Internship experience in HR/Finance/Operations is a plusWhat you will get:Exposure to startup operations across HR, finance, strategy, and admin Work directly with the founders on high-impact tasks Fast learning curve and multi-functional responsibilities Opportunity to grow into aBusiness Operations Manager – Founders Officerole
