If you're a task master with strong business instincts and exceptional PPT skills, this is for you.Key Responsibilities Act as the Founder’s right hand across strategy, operations, and execution. Build high-quality presentations, reports, business cases, and internal documents. Drive projects end-to-end: planning → execution → follow-up → closure. Coordinate across teams and ensure timely delivery of tasks and priorities. Manage daily workflows, communication, and stakeholder updates. Step in wherever needed — no task is too big or small.Requirements 1–3 years experiencein operations, founder’s office or biz ops. Excellent PowerPoint & presentation-building skills ; strong storytelling ability. High business acumen— ability to understand numbers, markets & decision drivers. Task-master mentality— follow-ups, structure, speed, and accountability. Strong communication & stakeholder management skills. Comfortable with AI tools, Excel/Sheets, and general tech tools.
