At Babybillion, you’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation, ownership, and impact are celebrated.Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Founder’s Office Intern who will work closely with the Founders on strategic, operational, and research-driven initiatives. This is a high-visibility role where each task contributes directly to the company’s growth, making it perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.You will play a key role in problem-solving, execution, documentation, and cross-team coordination.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Research & Analysis Conduct detailed research on industry insights, new business opportunities, and relevant trends Prepare concise summaries, briefing documents, and presentations for leadership Assist the founders in evaluating new ideas, markets, and partnerships 2. Project & Operations Support Help manage ongoing projects by tracking progress and ensuring timelines are met Coordinate activities across teams — Product, Design, Sales, HR, and Marketing Maintain documents, reports, trackers, and project sheets 3. Communication & Execution Support the founders in preparing communication decks, emails, proposals, and meeting notes Participate in internal meetings and discussions, capturing key action items Follow up with teams and ensure tasks are completed as per goals 4. Creative & Business Assistance Brainstorm ideas for new initiatives and help with execution Assist in planning campaigns, events, or special projects Identify improvements across workflows and recommend solutionsWho We’re Looking For Strong analytical thinking and research skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly A problem-solver with initiative and ownership mindset Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace Prior experience in strategy, operations, or project work is a plusWhat You Will Learn How founders think, plan, and execute at a fast-growing company End-to-end exposure to strategy, operations, and decision-making How to manage cross-functional projects and solve real business challenges
