Our client is a global MNC into In-Vitro diagnostics industry including molecular, immunology and microbiology capital equipment's. Serving 5000+customers with the diagnostics solutions.

Job Description

This incumbent will report into Regional Sales Head. The key role responsibilities shall be as mentioned below.

Achievement of the Budgeted Objectives for the Region. Timely payment from all customers and control of DSO to meet Objectives for the year. Develop an action plan for territory coverage so that all existing and potential customers are
met by the sales team. Manage the channel partner network of the region. Maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts. Overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

Required only candidates with 5+years experience in selling instruments/capital equipment's dealing with food and pharma customers. Exposure with pharma customers is mandatory. Good communication skills. Ready to travel. Exposure of 1 or more state is preferred. Strong business acumen. Required only graduate in any Life science. Postgraduate in any Life science with business management qualification preferred.
